Privacy Policy

Who we are

SentinelX Private Limited (“SentinelX”, CIN U26515AP2026PTC124417) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: secure@sentinelx.systems.

What we collect

• When you pre-book: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and country, the amount and currency you paid, and Razorpay's payment reference.
• When you write to us: your name, email, and what you tell us.
• Technical: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, to stop abuse such as repeated failed attempts. We don't keep your raw IP address with your booking.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The website remembers small display choices (like the tile layout) in your own browser only.

What we don't collect

Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment window and never reach our servers. We don't build profiles of visitors and we never sell your data.

Why we use it

• To take your pre-booking, send your receipt voucher, and contact you before dispatch.
• To deliver and install your system.
• To answer your messages.
• To keep the records the law requires for payments and taxes.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Our email provider, to send your receipt and messages.
• Formspree, which receives messages sent from our contact form.
• Couriers, at dispatch, with your name, phone and address.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typeface this website uses and sees your IP address when the font loads.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in India, at least 8 years). If you cancel, we keep only what those laws require. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete what we don't have to keep by law. You can also withdraw consent you've given us. Write to secure@sentinelx.systems and we will respond within 30 days. In India these rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; in the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland, you also have rights under data protection law there, including complaining to your local authority.

Security

This website only works over an encrypted connection, payment checks happen on our server, and access to booking records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep yours safe.

Your SentinelX system

This policy covers the website and pre-bookings. When your system ships, it comes with its own privacy notice. In short: video and faces are processed on the camera in your home and are not used to train AI.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
